Terms and conditions for Self Defense Training

Please wear clothing which is comfortable for moving and even some tumbling.

Payment is expected prior to the training session.
Cancellations prior to the day of service are eligible for a refund. Cancellations on the day of service are non-refundable.

Each participant is required to complete a waiver form and a health history form prior to the training session.
