Terms and conditions for ZOOM 10 Class Pass
You have 8 weeks to redeem your classes. Unused classes are not
transferable to a new pass. If you request a recording of a previously
scheduled Zoom class, the delivery of the recording will count as a
redeemed class.
Please plan ahead. You must pre-register for the Zoom class you wish to attend in order to receive the Zoom link. You will receive the Zoom link and password BY EMAIL 2 hours prior to class. We reserve the right to change passwords to maintain the security of our Zoom program. Pre-registration ensures you will receive notice of new passwords, and prevents Zoom bombers. Please refrain from texting instructors immediately before or during class to receive passwords.
Please, for the integrity of our business system and as fair play to your fellow fitness teammates and instructors, do not share the link or password with your friends. Anyone who appears in our Zoom room who is not previously registered for class will be prohibited from attending. Anyone who is found to have shared access to our Zoom classes with their friends without the consent of the owners of CustomFit Center will have their pass cancelled without refund.
